City of Roses™ All Natural Certified Gluten Free & GMO Free Creamy Gourmet Mustard brand is unlike any gourmet mustard your taste buds have ever encountered.  Made in small batches, our unique egg and butter base provides the creamy smooth texture and rich flavor, while the use of distilled spirits provides a zest that is hard to resist and it’s CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE by the Gluten Intolerance Group/Gluten Free Certification Group.

For those of you who have enjoyed our wonderful mustards you know how unique they are. We have not compromised any of the wonderful flavor or texture to reformulate our recipe to be Gluten, GMO and Processed Sugar FREE. Dennis and I have been very diligent with our Research and Development team to bring you the same great product you have been enjoying for over six years. Now more consumers can enjoy a great delicacy because of the changes our company has made.

The possibilities are endless with our Gluten Free gourmet spirit mustards. They are perfect as a dip or a sauce for your favorite cheeses, meats, fish and vegetables.  They can be mixed with olive oil and various flavored vinegars to make great salad dressings.  Or you can simply use our gourmet spirit mustards as a glaze for ham, pork loin, or salmon.  They can be used in many unique ways and with your own special recipes.  But don’t forget, our Gluten Free gourmet spirit mustards are also great on sandwiches, hot dogs, or hamburgers.

It starts with a sweet pepper flavor and finishes with a little warmer pepper feel to it. We love local that’s why not only is the vodka in our Mazama Infused Pepper Vodka flavor a product of Bendistilleries in Bend, Oregon  our ALL NATURAL GLUTEN/GMO FREE OREGON PINOT GRIS andALL NATURAL GLUTEN/GMO FREE OREGON PINOT NOIR are made with wines from Oregon Vineyards and Wineries. The ALL NATURAL GLUTEN/GMO FREE OREGON PINOT GRIS is our interpretation of the famous Dijon flavors and the ALL NATURAL GLUTEN/GMO FREE OREGON PINOT NOIR captures the essence of a fine red wine.
